The spa facilities at Hotel Sonnenhof were fantastic. We enjoyed the textile and textile-free saunas, as well as the swimming pool and jacuzzi on the roof. The cleanliness and comfort of the room were impressive. The breakfast, while not perfect, still offered a decent selection. The view from our room was beautiful. we had a great stay and would recommend this hotel.

The pool and sauna area were well maintained and very clean. the location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation and some local shops nearby. the staff were friendly and approachable, especially when it came to providing recommendations for things to do in the area.
The room was outdated and in need of some serious renovation. the furniture was old and worn, and felt like it had been pulled from an antique store.

Spent Christmas in the Black Forest area and stayed at a hotel with two standout features: great location, surrounded by amazing landscapes; and a cozy atmosphere in the common areas and the rooms. The staff is friendly and helpful, always willing to assist. The hotel also offers a good range of activities to do around the area, which can be quite useful if you're not familiar with the region.
The hotel's décor feels outdated, especially in comparison to its surroundings. Christmas decoration was scarce, offering almost no festive atmosphere and the heating system in the rooms was not working properly, making the stay quite chilly.

We had an outstanding stay at this hotel! The rooms were comfortable and spotless - we especially loved the stunning forest view from our balcony. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a wonderful spa area and the option to rent electric bikes. And the breakfast was delicious and had plenty of options to choose from. Finally, the staff were incredibly kind and professional - they made our stay all the more enjoyable.
Nothing, no complaints at all. Our experience was truly perfect in every way.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at a fabulous 4-star hotel in the heart of the beautiful Black Forest. This place exceeded all my expectations and I can confidently say that it is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. the location is unbeatable - nestled in the forest, it offers stunning views and a peaceful ambiance that is simply unparalleled. Secondly, the service provided here is top-notch. The staff, especially those at the front desk, were incredibly friendly and always ready to assist with a warm smile. The room was clean and comfortable, equipped with all the necessary amenities for a luxurious stay. The highlight of my trip was definitely the spa facilities. The spa was modern, spacious, and meticulously maintained. The pool and jacuzzi provided a perfect retreat to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring. my stay at this venue was nothing short of perfect.
In terms of improvements, I believe the breakfast could have been better, but even so, it was still quite satisfactory. The variety of options could be expanded to cater to different dietary preferences.

The hotel is nestled in a serene forest location, offering breathtaking views of the valley. the rooms are spacious, clean, and well, equipped with air conditioning. the breakfast buffet offers a variety of egg and coffee specialties, and the staff is warm and friendly. the spa facilities are top, notch, the pool is clean and well, maintained. the hotel is easily accessible from the Autobahn and parking is ample.
Although the WLAN speed is slow in some areas, it doesn't detract from the overall experience.
